  • The Global OT Partner Enablement Lead is accountable for establishing and governing the strategic technical framework by which external partners deliver operational and capital OT services across GxP manufacturing and laboratory systems.
  • This role provides global governance for the technical aspects of supplier relationships, ensuring that master service agreements, quality plans, service agreements, maintenance agreements, partner KPIs, and platform lifecycle commitments are aligned to the enterprise OT strategy and consistently applied across all sites.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Automation, or Computer Science
  • 10+ years of work experience
  • 5+ years in execution systems, OT, IT, and operations
  • Experience with process automation, MES, and batch manufacturing standards (ISA S88 & S95)
  • Direct experience designing, building, deploying, and supporting automation and execution systems
  • Experience writing, executing, and monitoring automation contract deliverables
  • Functional knowledge of cGMPs and FDA-regulated facilities
