Capital One is seeking a fully remote Empower Dealer Success (EDS) Principal Ops Coordinator to support dealer partners through call/chat product support, billing, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, ideally in the financial industry, and will be responsible for managing dealer relations, improving service delivery, and ensuring compliance with departmental standards

Job Summary

  • The associate will engage in dealer resolutions, Dealer Navigator support, call/chat, product support and billing.
  • Execute E2E Billing support and E2E Dealer Navigator and product support via Call/Chat Center with inbound and outbound calls.
  • Establish and foster relationships with EDS vendors, apply effective time management, and investigate issues to detect and mitigate product defects.

  • At least 6 months of experience using JIRA or Salesforce
