Job Summary

  • Responsible for assisting the Fire Officer in the overall day to day operations, ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are performed and correctly recorded.
  • Inspects daily all plant rooms, kitchens, service outlets, public areas, guest areas, BOH areas and records any defects related to firefighting, hotels safety and PA system for rectification.
  • Conducts fire and safety training to all hotel employees as an ongoing process, in coordination with the training manager and security manager.
