• Lead a large-scale migration to Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), with particular emphasis on the checkout funnel, payment service provider integrations, shipping/carrier integrations and post-purchase journey.
• Define a clear product vision for check-out and post purchase journey, translating strategy into OKRs and a transparent, outcomes-focused roadmap.
