This role defines, deploys, and sustains ResMed’s Global Safety Standards and Safety Management System, ensuring safety operates as a leadership-led performance system.
The Director, Global Safety Standards is the enterprise safety leader and architect for ResMed’s Global Supply Chain, influencing site leaders, EHS teams, operations leadership, and functional executives.
The opportunity is pivotal in shifting safety from “compliance activity” to a strategic operating model, embedding safety into how work is led and executed every day across all supply chain operations globally.
