Job Summary
The Groundskeeper Crew Lead is responsible for leading a small groundskeeping staff, assisting with maintaining lawns, general landscaping, and ensures that roadways, parking lots, and walkways meet institution's groundskeeping standards.
This position will also be responsible for performing snow/ice removal during winter months and assist Grounds Shop leadership as needed.

Key Requirements
At least 18 years of age
Two years of groundskeeping experience
Valid Driver's License in good standings
Three years of groundskeeping experience preferred
Experience supervising or leading a team preferred
