Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Minimum 8 years oil and gas field operations experience
• Minimum 3 years leadership/supervisory role
• Eagle Ford experience highly preferred
• Proficient understanding of artificial lift systems
• Familiarity with SCADA and field data capture
• Working knowledge of Texas regulatory requirements
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
• Willingness to work call-outs and extended hours
