Key Requirements

  • At least 4 years’ experience as a production supervisor
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Must understand business issues relevant to job and Company operating procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop others
  • Must be able to manage staff toward departmental goals
  • Successful completion of basic quantitative and verbal tests
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Must be able to motivate team toward goals
  • Understanding of department scheduling, BAAN system and basic computer skills
  • Understanding of TPM and support teams to drive TPM
  • Ability to hold meetings and convey team goals
  • Ability to except changes to the business objects
  • Must be self-motivated
