Job Summary

  • Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and/or topical medications as ordered by the attending physician or Medical Director.
  • Follow facility policies and procedures governing medication administration, including error reporting, destruction, and labeling.
  • Maintain a friendly, productive working relationship with other members of the department of nursing and report resident complaints to the Director of Nursing Services.
