Rehabilitation team members work within a specific team structure to offer inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation services.
The Physical Therapy Team Member will have advance knowledge in the treatment of oncology patients and will be competent in the evaluation and treatment of lymphedema.
Team members assess patients, establish plans of care, provide treatment techniques, educate patients and families, and facilitate continuing care planning.

Must-have
Licensed Physical Therapist in Ohio
Oncology patient treatment
Lymphedema treatment with CDT/MLD

Currently licensed in the state of Ohio as a Physical Therapist
Maintains professional licensure
