Flora Food Group is seeking a Global Engineering Manager to lead capital project delivery across Southern Europe and AMEA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in FMCG manufacturing and project management, focusing on capital expenditure projects

Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for driving end-to-end Capex projects, ensuring delivery on time, in full, and within budget, while improving manufacturing performance and supporting long-term growth.
  • Lead end-to-end Capex project delivery across Turkey, Indonesia, and AMEA region, managing a project portfolio with annual investments of approximately €5–10 million.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across Engineering, Supply Chain, Innovation, and Finance, and support sustainability and decarbonization initiatives.

Key Requirements
