Job Summary

  • Responsible for cultivating and promoting the long-term customer partnership with key accounts, managing dealer and direct contract business activities from order specification to service.
  • Acts as a key contact and project liaison, facilitating compliance with contractual requirements, generating reports, and developing alternative project solutions.
  • Creates and delivers Customer Experience training initiatives, travels as necessary, and provides project management for assigned customer/dealer/agency projects.
