Job Summary

  • Bless Community Services is a social service agency (IPC) set up to enable, enrich and empower individuals, families and communities through our holistic social care approaches
  • Programme Coordinator for Senior Activities Coordinate and oversee the weekly Senior SWEE! programme, including planning, execution, and evaluation of activities
  • Develop and pilot new programmes and activities aligned with BCS’s Model of Care, responding to emerging needs of seniors
