Job Summary

  • Organizes and monitors a team of student fundraisers, compiling and tracking their statistics and data.
  • Assists with training Student Callers, reviews their performance, and provides constructive feedback to improve their performance.
  • Acts as a resource person to resolve issues that may arise during Caller shifts and communicates issues to the Phonathon Manager.
