You will be responsible for counseling on food safety legal and business requirements for our private label products, online grocery and health and wellness categories as well as impact the development and continual improvement of our state-of-the-art food safety technology tools for use both online and in our store, including scalable solutions to farm-to-fork food traceability needs.
Providing day-to-day advice to our Amazon’s Food Safety Operations team and food businesses on regulations governing the transport and sale of food from farm to fork, including laws governing food production, distribution, labeling, recalls, foodborne illnesses and allergens, and permitting.
You'll work at the intersection of law, technology, and operations, providing mission-critical advice that directly impacts customer safety.
