Job Summary
Supports FMCNA’s mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Responsible for overall management of technical services for an area including supervision of 7 to 15 employees and 10 to 25 clinics, ensuring operational, financial, and regulatory requirements are met.
Provides training, mentoring, and performance evaluations for technical staff while collaborating with various departments to maintain quality and safety standards.

Key Requirements
High school diploma or G.E.D. required
AA Degree in electronics/biomedical technology preferred
FMCNA Biomedical Technician Technical Certification within 24 months
Minimum four years supervisory experience
Minimum four years industrial/medical technical experience or equivalent education
