Operate diesel generators and transformers
Monitor SCADA load control systems
Enforce QHSE policies and LOTO procedures
Allocate daily tasks to production team
Analyze single line and electrical diagrams
Read piping and instrumentation diagrams P&IDs
Nice-to-have
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Ability to withstand high pressure

Experience in mining or remote communities

Key Requirements
Preferably PRC Electrical Engineer licensed (REE)
Minimum 3 years experience in Power Project environment
