  • Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end processing of new business transactions including application creation, underwriting follow-ups, correspondence, receipts and policy issuance
  • Ensure cases are assessed in line with Company policies and service turn around time
  • Review correspondence such as offer letters, policy contracts for new products (if any) and special communications when required
