Job Summary
The Laboratory Supervisor assists with day-to-day supervision of assigned lab personnel, assists with implementing lab safety and quality programs, will train lab staff on use of equipment and on procedures, and will perform a full range of routine and specialized procedures in the pathology laboratory.
Perform tasks normally associated with supervision such as hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, directing and appraising the work of assigned staff.
