Job Summary

  • Provides administrative support for the Vice Chancellor for Administration & Finance with institutional influence and oversight for the Administration & Finance Office.
  • Organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events, including greeting, screening, and directing visitors, and screening telephone communications.
