Job Summary
You will be responsible for the implementation, deployment, and technical support of secure communication solutions, including VoIP and ToIP technologies, for our clients.
Provide expert-level technical support for existing communication systems, including troubleshooting voice call and IP telephony service issues.
Participate in integration projects for new secure communication technologies, including advanced IP telephony solutions (unified communications, collaborative work, etc.).
