Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for the implementation, deployment, and technical support of secure communication solutions, including VoIP and ToIP technologies, for our clients.
  • Provide expert-level technical support for existing communication systems, including troubleshooting voice call and IP telephony service issues.
  • Participate in integration projects for new secure communication technologies, including advanced IP telephony solutions (unified communications, collaborative work, etc.).
