Job Summary

• Own the execution roadmap for all core features related to how enterprise users access and manage their Smartsheet accounts, including mission-critical Single Sign-On (SSO), user provisioning, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) offerings.
• Act as a key leader for Identity and Access Management (IAM), collaborating closely with engineering, UX, and security teams to deliver highly reliable solutions that integrate seamlessly with major identity providers (IdPs).
• Contribute to the long-term vision for Smartsheet’s Identity and Authentication capabilities, including Single Sign-On (SSO), MFA, and secure login experiences.
