Job Summary
The National Director provides strategic leadership and overall direction for World Vision’s ministry in Mongolia, ensuring impactful, accountable, and sustainable delivery of child well-being outcomes.
Key responsibilities include delivering on child well-being aspirations, growing and leveraging yield to ministry, increasing and diversifying the funding portfolio, achieving operational and stewardship excellence, recruiting and leading capable staff, and building proactive external relationships.
The role requires at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience, strong ability to build effective working relationships within the Mongolia context, and fluency in English and Mongolian.
