Base: $117,000.00 - $184,200.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days

Key Requirements
BS Degree in engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years industrial experience
Experience in pharmaceutical packaging preferred
Formal Lean and/or Six Sigma training preferred
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving tools
