Job Summary
Support senior management with the origination, underwriting, structuring, and execution of credit opportunities in the infrastructure and energy sectors in the Americas.
Build financial models with cash flow projections to assess debt capacity, covenant buffers, repayment risk and collateral coverage with sensitivity and scenario analysis, and DCF valuations and comps.
Screen new deals in the energy and infrastructure sectors to identify potential structured debt solutions including bespoke non-recourse projects and corporate debt opportunities.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent
Three (3) years of experience structuring credit opportunities
Experience building financial models
Experience structuring and drafting term sheets
Experience negotiating legal documents
Experience assessing key credit risks
Experience preparing investment commitment memos
Experience running KPI calculations
Experience screening new deals
Experience monitoring and performing risk management
