• This is not a back-office technical role. It’s a front-line, relationship-driven position where your ability to communicate, influence, and collaborate is just as important as your technical and analytical depth.

Base: $128,470.00 - $192,710.00; Bonus/Equity: Incentive bonus; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), HSA, FSA, etc.

Key Requirements

• Experience in application engineering, product support, technical sales, site performance, or fleet optimization
• Experience in mining, quarry, heavy equipment, or industrial operations
• Ability to design and model optimized fleets aligned to customer KPIs
• Strong analytical skills to develop fleet sizing and production simulations
• Knowledge of customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations
• Knowledge of decision-making process and associated tools and techniques
• Strong customer engagement and influencing skills
• Knowledge of relationship management techniques
