Key Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of experience servicing medical equipment
  • High School Diploma/GED and 6+ years of experience servicing medical equipment
  • Minimum of four years' experience as a Biomedical Technician
  • One-year progressive team leadership experience
  • Qualified experience in a customer service environment
  • Experience managing financial and administrative requirements
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze metrics and reports
  • Proficiency in completing electronic documentation
  • Willing to travel outside of the assigned region
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
