Job Summary

  • The Onboarding mission team plays a vital role in delivering a robust, quick, and accurate setup experience for our customers, ensuring they can focus on what matters most: running their business.
  • As a Group Product Manager at Justworks, you’ll lead and advocate for three squads that have full ownership of supporting and running companies that have decided to trust us with their payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance needs.
  • While hands-on product management will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll spend a significant amount of time teaching and coaching your direct reports and cross-functional teams.
