Job Summary

• Provide dedicated, priority IT support to executives and VIP users onsite, delivering personalized, white glove service with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Manage and resolve hardware, software, networking, and mobile device issues with urgency and minimal disruption, while proactively monitoring and maintaining executive technology environments to prevent issues before they arise.
• This role requires being on call and involves Service Desk tasks, supporting various projects, and potentially additional responsibilities beyond VIP support.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT support
• 2 years supporting executive or VIP users
• Expertise in Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android
• Experience with Microsoft 365
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
• Eligible for U.S. export authorizations
