Job Summary

  • This position directly supports the DISA-provided GIG capabilities and services in the 24x& DISA Global Operations Center (DGOC).
  • Responsible for assisting with the following duties: Create and update tickets utilizing DISA ticketing applications to aid in customer problem tracking and resolution in all aspects of the network integral to our clients Baseband, IF and RF communications.
  • Perform IP network support to include configuration of routers, switches, firewalls and voice equipment.
