The Senior Credit Solutions Manager is responsible for contributing to the profitable growth and quality of the Bank’s Corporate and Commercial Credit portfolio by performing financial solutions-related activities for clients.
In this role, you will ensure timely analysis, structure and presentation of credit / financial solutions proposals within prescribed segments, providing prompt and sound recommendations.
You will build a high-performance environment and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates the team by fostering an inclusive work environment.
