Job Summary
The Senior Manager will lead the End-to-End Supply Chain team for Johnson & Johnson Biosurgery manufacturing sites, owning production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
This role plays a major part in shaping supply chain strategy to drive service, profitability, cashflow, and continuous improvement within the Biologics Value Stream.
The position requires leading direct and indirect reports in a matrix environment while serving on the Israel Leadership Team and maintaining strong global relationships.

Must-have
10+ years E2E Supply Chain experience
5+ years people leadership responsibility
Production planning at manufacturing site
GMP environment experience required
Biologics or Pharma production experience
Nice-to-have
APICS certification is a plus
Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA and Tableau
Strong digital acumen and analytics skills
Experience with Global matrix organization
Fluency in English and Hebrew
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
10+ years E2E Supply Chain/Operations experience
5+ years in management roles with people leadership
