Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Graduate of approved school of Occupational Therapy
  • Active registration with ACOT or CAOT
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to build effective team relationships
  • Experience with long-term care preferred

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with MDS 2.0 software
  • Familiarity with PointClickCare software
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to teach and motivate residents
  • Experience working in senior care facilities

Key Requirements

  • Minimum degree certification from approved OT school
  • Active registration with ACOT or CAOT
  • Eligibility for ACOT/CAOT registration if not yet held
