Job Summary
Develop and negotiate business plans for assigned programs, including new business, renewal rate management, and expected retentions to achieve profit objectives.
Incorporate data and analytics to closely manage programs, monitoring renewals, rate targets, retentions, trends, and lost business on a monthly basis.
Collaborate with Actuarial, Accounting, Claims, Operations, Program Development, Risk Management, and Underwriting as necessary to ensure program success.
