Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years relevant work experience
• 5+ years Scrum Master experience
• CSM, SSM, or PMI-ACP certification
• Experience with Jira, VersionOne, Rallye, or IBM RTC
• Hands-on technical contributor experience
• Active or Current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
