Job Summary
Spearhead the development of a product & business aimed at unlocking value for existing Gusto customers as well as expanding Gusto’s customer base to new segments.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Ops and Data Science on all stages of the product development process, and partner with the GM and Revenue team to grow the business and optimize its unit economics.
Create a long-term vision and strategy that defines the big problems we can solve well with a durable competitive advantage.
