Job Summary
This role leads to drive advanced digital solutions along with the path to purchase of consumer.
You will improve consumer/ shopper journey with disruptive digital solutions incl. media investment efficiency to drive sustainable business growth, with the ability to execute inside the organization rather than relying entirely on agencies.
You will also apply advanced targeting and store-traffic strategies using the latest technologies, and lead implementation of innovative digital solutions for the Japanese market in collaboration with global teams.

Key Requirements
Minimum of about 5 years of practical experience in digital media / performance marketing
Proven planning and optimization experience across multi-channel environments
Data-driven analytical skills and practical experience with KPI definition, A/B testing, incrementality measurement, and attribution concepts
Track record of planning and executing local/store-traffic initiatives
Knowledge of new marketing technologies and ad measurement solutions
Practical skills in stakeholder management, agency oversight, and vendor negotiations
Experience in consumer goods (FMCG) or retail channel marketing
Experience designing and executing customer data platforms, segmentation, and personalization initiatives
Experience leading localization of global projects
Business-level English for documentation, reporting, and collaboration with global teams
