This critical role ensures operational excellence by serving as the essential link between our global engineering community and the powerful analysis tools they rely on.
The jobholder's mission is centered on maintaining operational flow, driving efficiency, and building robust technical knowledge across the Stress perimeter.
Serve as the first Point of Contact (POC) for internal and external customers from the Stress perimeter, managing and resolving Stress incidents (L2 level – Reactive).

Key Requirements
5 to 10 years of relevant domain experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering
Practical experience with ISAMI is highly preferable
