  • This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining the configuration control framework for the Flexrotor unmanned aerial system.
  • The position requires leading Configuration Control Boards and managing end-to-end engineering change workflows to ensure system traceability.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 10+ years configuration management experience
  • Aerospace or complex robotics background
  • Lead Configuration Control Board activities
  • Manage engineering change workflows ECR ECN
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management systems

Nice-to-have

  • Master's degree in engineering or Systems Engineering
  • Experience with ARAS or similar PLM tools
  • Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering
  • CM2 certification or equivalent
  • Support for UAS or aerospace certification programs

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or related field
  • Ten (10) plus years of relevant experience
  • Must be a US Person under ITAR definition
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and JIRA/Confluence
