Job Summary

  • Lead Quality activities to enable successful execution of business objectives and maintain/grow brands with an emphasis on delivering the desired consumer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with Mondelēz policies and procedures, and adherence to external regional and local food safety/regulatory requirements within the Mondelez manufacturing network.
  • In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of related experience
  • B.S. degree in Food Science, Engineering, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related Science
  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance in food manufacturing
  • Experience managing multiple locations
  • Fluency in English
