Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years Citrix Virtual Apps experience
Citrix ADC NetScaler administration
Windows Server and Active Directory expertise
VMware or Hyper-V virtualization knowledge
PowerShell and Python scripting skills
TCP/IP networking and SSL offloading
24/7 onsite shift rotation availability
Nice-to-have
Experience in GxP compliant environments
Cloud exposure to AWS or Azure
Ansible configuration management tools
ITIL Foundation certification preferred
Strong verbal and written communication
Mentoring and knowledge transfer skills
Infrastructure as code interest
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience OR Master's with 4-6 years
Citrix Certified Professional – Virtualization (CCP-V) mandatory
Expertise in Core networking protocols (TCP/IP, NAT, VLANs)
Experience with patch management and change control policies
Ability to troubleshoot complex user session and backend issues
