Key Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted Medical License
  • Current Board Certification (primary care preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years clinical practice experience
  • At least 3 years healthcare business/Health Plan experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem solving
  • Proven ability to function in a matrixed organization
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
