Job Summary

  • This position is assigned to the N.C. Birth Defects Monitoring Program (BDMP), a statewide public health surveillance system that collects, tracks, analyzes, and disseminates data on infants born with congenital malformations in N.C.
  • The employee will be expected to travel to assigned hospitals for data collection purposes as needed, and while this is a fully remote position, there will be occasional instances where travel to the DHHS Headquarters in Raleigh for meetings is required.
