Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Carpentry knowledge and experience
• Current valid license and good driving record
• Electrical, plumbing, and welding experience helpful
• General contractor’s license preferred
• HVAC equipment and appliances knowledge
• Appropriate HVAC licenses as required by law
• Some knowledge of computers necessary
• Good communication skills
