Job Summary

  • As an Employee Benefits Account Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the Strategic Account Executive in assigned areas to provide management, retention, support and service of day-to-day client needs.
  • With guidance and direction, prepares renewal information, which includes plan data, benefit plan invoices, census, renewal history, obtaining renewal rates from the carrier, including any alternates, ensures commission schedule is correct.
