  • Provide specialist technical support for plant software, instrumentation, and control systems, while leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform maintenance, calibration, inspection, testing, adjustment, and repair of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Develop and manage plant control systems, software and hardware, instrumentation, data networks, and revision controls.

Key Requirements

  • Technical qualification (N5) with Trade Certificate and Wireman’s Licence
  • Recognised Electrical Technician apprenticeship
  • Up to 8 years’ experience in FMCG manufacturing
  • 2–3 years at a supervisory level
  • Experience using a CMMS (e.g. SAP PM)
  • Knowledge of Allen Bradley, Omron, Schneider PLCs
  • Knowledge of Wonderware, PanelView SCADA and HMI
  • High-speed FMCG production line experience
