  • Performs routine maintenance and planned service on a variety of large, complex commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including large central heating (700 total horsepower high pressure steam plant), high and low pressure steam distribution systems and cooling facilities (1450 total tons).
  • Coordinates repairs, facility renewal projects and other programs to extend the life of HVAC and related equipment, focusing on steam piping and equipment.
  • Functions as a team member involved in a variety of multi-trades tasks including mechanical, electrical, and structural as needed to ensure the operation of a safe and dependable laboratory and research facility.
