Establish and implement production engineering initiatives including but not limited to developing manufacturing technology, driving innovation, automation, and digitalization to improve productivity, capacity and manufacture cost.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering
10-15 years of relevant work experience
5 years managerial role experience
Proven experience in managing production processes
In-depth understanding of lean production principles
Proficient in developing investment budgets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
