Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in system support, system development coordination, or IT operations
Project or program support related to system implementation or enhancement
Retail, service operation, or customer touchpoint delivery environment
Hands-on experience in UAT, deployment support, post-implementation monitoring, or system migration activities
Experience working in a cross-functional environment
Prior exposure to telecommunication industry is preferred
