As a Supply Chain Development Specialist, you'll manage procurement, planning, and logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of products that help make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
You will combine operational expertise with system ownership, acting as a SAP Super User for Order-to-Cash processes while driving continuous improvement across warehouse, logistics, and customer service processes.
You'll work with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, finance, and commercial operations to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining efficient operations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related
Couple of years of experience in supply chain operations
Familiarity with customer service/order-to-cash processes
Strong hands-on experience with SAP
Experience in process development, continuous improvement, or Lean methodologies
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
